ExSign for Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based email signature management solution provided by Hosting Controller Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). As a digital service, ExSign does not involve the shipment of any physical goods or materials.
Since ExSign for Microsoft 365 is delivered entirely online, no physical shipping or delivery is required. Once your subscription has been successfully processed and payment confirmed, access to the ExSign cloud service is provisioned electronically.
You will be required to create an account on the ExSign Billing Portal to manage your subscription, billing details, and service access. After setting up your account, you may purchase either a monthly or annual subscription for ExSign for Microsoft 365 licenses.
After your subscription purchase is confirmed, your ExSign service becomes immediately available for configuration and use. All setup instructions and onboarding materials are provided digitally via the ExSign Portal or through email communication.

Because ExSign is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, no physical products, packaging, or materials will be shipped to you. All service delivery, configuration, and support are handled electronically.
