This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for ExSign for Microsoft 365, a cloud-based email signature management service provided by Hosting Controller Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
All purchases and subscriptions for ExSign for Microsoft 365 are final. If your subscription is cancelled by either you or us, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused subscription period, except as expressly stated below. This is because we incur service and infrastructure costs upon activation of your subscription.
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
In all other cases, including where you voluntarily cancel your subscription, no refund or credit will be issued.
We provide a free 14-day trial for ExSign for Microsoft 365, allowing you to evaluate the Service before purchasing a subscription. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to use this trial to ensure the Service meets their requirements.
Because the Services are not bespoke or customized for individual customers, we do not offer refunds if you decide after purchase that:
ExSign for Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based software service provided "as is" and not tailored to individual business needs. While we aim to deliver a high-quality, reliable service, we do not warrant that the Service will meet every specific customer requirement or always be error-free.
