Refund Policy for ExSign for Google Workspace

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for ExSign for Google Workspace, a cloud-based email signature management service provided by Hosting Controller Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

General Policy

All purchases and subscriptions for ExSign for Google Workspace are final. If your subscription is cancelled by either you or us, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused subscription period, except as expressly stated below or where required by applicable law.

This policy reflects the service and infrastructure costs we incur when activating and providing access to the Service.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Cancellation for Breach: If you cancel your subscription because of our material breach of the applicable agreement, and we fail to remedy that breach within a reasonable period after receiving written notice, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused subscription fees.
• Cancellation by Us for Convenience: If we terminate your subscription for our own convenience and not because of your breach or misconduct, we will provide a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the remaining unused subscription term.

In all other cases, including voluntary cancellation by the Customer, no refund or credit will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Evaluation and Trial Period

We encourage prospective customers to evaluate ExSign for Google Workspace before purchasing a subscription. Please refer to the official product page or contact our sales team for information about the availability and terms of a free trial.

The evaluation period allows you to assess whether the Service meets your organization's requirements for centralized Gmail signature management, automatic user data synchronization, server-side signature application, and consistent corporate branding.

Because ExSign for Google Workspace is a standardized cloud-based service and is not individually customized for each customer, we do not offer refunds if you decide after purchasing a subscription that:

• The Service does not meet your expectations or business requirements.
• The Service is no longer needed by your organization.
• You did not use an available trial or evaluation period to assess the Service's suitability before purchasing.
• You experience configuration difficulties or compatibility issues arising from your Google Workspace environment, administrative settings, or other systems under your control, where these do not constitute a qualifying breach by Hosting Controller.

We encourage customers to review the product features, technical requirements, and available documentation and to contact our team with any questions before purchasing.

Nature of the Service

ExSign for Google Workspace is a cloud-based software service designed to help organizations centrally create, deploy, and manage Gmail email signatures. The Service applies signatures server-side and can synchronize relevant user information from Google Directory.

Although we strive to provide a reliable, high-quality service, we do not guarantee that the Service will meet every specific business requirement or operate without interruption or error in every environment. Service functionality may depend on Google Workspace, third-party services, customer configurations, and other technical factors.

Purchasing a subscription constitutes acceptance of the applicable subscription terms and this Refund Policy.

Refund Requests

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions described above, please contact us in writing and provide:

• Your organization name and registered account email address.
• Your subscription or transaction details.
• The reason for your refund request.
• Relevant supporting information, including details of any alleged material breach and previous attempts to resolve the issue, where applicable.

We will review the request and determine eligibility in accordance with this policy, the applicable agreement, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
