How it Works?

ExSign not only streamlines email signature management for Exchange On-premises but also enables administrators to manage signatures and disclaimers for Microsoft 365. For Microsoft 365, it allows signatures to be stamped on the members of a specific mail-enabled security group within the 365 tenant/organization. However, there is no such limitation in the On-premises version. See how ExSign works for both platforms:

ExSign for on-premises Exchange server is an email signature software that lets you centrally manage your Exchange email signatures and disclaimers without having to set signatures manually for employees.

It lets you define rules centrally and based on these rules, stamp signatures, and disclaimers on outgoing emails. See how it works in a few simple steps below:

Login to the central web portal with your Active Directory credentials (UPN and password).

The ExSign Microsoft 365 Agent facilitates the stamping of signatures and disclaimers on Microsoft 365 accounts. It can be installed on any stand-alone Windows machine on your own premises or a virtual machine in any cloud service such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Once installed it authenticates itself with the ExSign web portal through an authentication token on one side and connects with Microsoft 365 on the other.
