Follow the Steps Listed Below to Submit Installation Request
HC technical support team will send you a confirmation email as soon as installation is completed on your server(s).
- Visit HC Portal Ticketing System (portal.hostingcontroller.com)
- Select department "HC Install / Upgrade Requests"
- Provide required information and submit the ticket
- If you have more than one server then submit a new form for each server
