1. Sender
The process starts with the sender at their workstation.
2. Sender logs into its PC
The sender unlocks and signs in to their computer.
3. ExSign add-in is loaded to Outlook
As the user composes an email, the ExSign add-in is loaded to Outlook. The add-in fetches signatures from the central ExSign web portal and updates them in Outlook.
4. Sender submits email
The sender submits the composed email for delivery.
5. Delivered via Microsoft Exchange Online
Uses Microsoft Exchange Online transport service to deliver email.
6. Recipient receives a stamped email
The recipient receives the email with a professional signature stamp.
