Delivery Policy

In case of instant payment (credit card or PayPal purchase), the order is processed online and licenses keys of purchased software are delivered to customer e-mail box within 12 hours.

For other payment types, (wire transfer, check payment) we will start processing the order after we receive the payment which may take up to 4-12 business days.

There is no physical delivery (i-e CD-ROM / Product Box) via post) for Hosting Controller products. Software is downloaded from the Downloads section on our web-sites:
