The trouble ticketing is an efficient way to track requests and provide response in time and ensure systemised record keeping of these responses and requests.

 

Thus Trouble tickets are an easy way of sending a support request to your hosting administrator or Hosting Controller whenever you have a problem.

 

It consists of following sections:

 

This section is used to view and manage the tickets sent to you by your clients (resellers and webadmins).

 

Each ticket belongs to a category. Categorizing tickets makes the management easier. This section is used to view all your trouble ticket categories.

 

The panel comes with all the possible categories. Still at any time you can add a new category according to your requirement. This section is sued to add a new category.
