To submit a response to an existing ticket:
Click the Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section
Click the My Tickets submenu
In the table listing select the ticket for which you want to submit response.
Click the Details button, you will be displayed with the ticket details.
Under Enter the Response section, Provide the response as follows, and click Submit Response button.
Subject:
Here enter the subject for this response.
Reply:
Here enter the reply message you want to submit as the response.
