HOW TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO A TICKET

To submit a response to an existing ticket:

• Click the Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section

• Click the My Tickets submenu

• In the table listing select the ticket for which you want to submit response.

• Click the Details button, you will be displayed with the ticket details.

• Under Enter the Response section, Provide the response as follows, and click Submit Response button.

Subject:

Here enter the subject for this response.

Reply:

Here enter the reply message you want to submit as the response.
