To view all the categories for the ticket:
Click the Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section.
Click the My categories submenu.
Here you will be displayed for all your categories with the following details:
Category Name:
This is the category name.
Description:
This is any useful text related to your category which may further describe the category.
Actions:
This is the action you can take for a respective category.
Delete:
You can delete an existing category if it is not required. In that case the panel asks for the confirmation message.
Edit:
You can also edit and existing category. This includes changing its name or description.
