EDITING AN EXISTING CATEGORY

To edit a category:

• Click the Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section.

• Click the My Categories submenu

• In the table view locate the category you want to edit and click the edit link adjacent to this category.

• And update the following information of this category as required and click the Update Category button:

Category Name:

Here enter the updated name you want to give to this category.

Description:

Here enter any useful information related to the new category which further describes it.
