HOW TO CLOSE AN EXISTING TICKET

To close an existing ticket:

• Click the Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section

• Click the My Tickets submenu

• In the table listing select the ticket for which you want to close

• click the Details button, you will be displayed with the ticket details.

• Among these details you can find the Close Ticket button

• Click this button to close the selected ticket.
