Updating a ticket

You can update a ticket at any time. This may be a response to your hosting administrator or altering the details of the original ticket you submitted.

To update a ticket:

  1. Click on the My Tickets link in the Trouble Ticket menu.

  2. Open the ticket that you want update. Refer to Viewing personal tickets if you are having trouble finding the required ticket.

  3. Underneath the Response to the problem title, enter a short, descriptive title of the update in the Title field and a detailed description of the update in the Detail field.

  4. Click on the button.

  5. If you want to get email when your ticket is updated, click on the Solution by Email tick box. click on Do not add to Ticket Archive tick boxes as required.
