You can set the startup properties of any service that is available on your server. The following startup properties are available:

• Automatic - The service is running upon startup.

• Manual - The service is disabled upon startup but can be turned on by an application.

• Disabled - The service is disabled upon startup and cannot be turned on by an application.

To set the startup properties of a service:

1. Click on the List Services link in the Services Manager menu.

2. Click on the link in the Startup Type column next to the required service.

3. Choose the startup type from the available drop-down list and click on the button.
