Creating a new ticket

You can create a personal trouble ticket whenever you have a serious problem.

Note: You can often find an answer your problem in the Hosting Controller help documentation. Refer to Getting help for more information.

To create a ticket:

  1. Click on the New Ticket link in the Trouble Ticket menu.

  2. Click on the problem area that this ticket refers to from the Category drop-down list.

  3. Click on the priority of the ticket from the Priority drop-down list.
    Note:
    Please do not use the High priority setting unless the ticket refers to an urgent problem.

  4. Leave the Solution by Email tick box ticked to receive an email response this ticket.

  5. Enter a short, descriptive title of the problem in the Title field and a detailed description of the problem in the Detail field.

  6. Click on the button.
