Altering paid till date

Plan manager allows you to change the paid date of a sold plan. Changing the paid till date may be required in following situations.

  1. Account was paid for 1 year but the paid till date shows the date six months from now.

  2. Plan holder has paid off-line (cash, check etc) and now you need to set his paid till date.

To alter the paid till date:

  1. Click on the Sold Plan Instances link in the Plan Manager menu.

  2. Click on the button.

  3. Enter the new date in javascript prompt and click on the Ok button.
