Altering paid till date |
Plan manager allows you to change the paid date of a sold plan. Changing the paid till date may be required in following situations.
Account was paid for 1 year but the paid till date shows the date six months from now.
Plan holder has paid off-line (cash, check etc) and now you need to set his paid till date.
To alter the paid till date:
Click on the Sold Plan Instances link in the Plan Manager menu.
Click on the button.
Enter the new date in javascript prompt and click on the Ok button.
