Hosting Controller creates a new Serv-U FTP site when an IP-based domain is created. If you wan to add a new Serv-U FTP site manually, Hosting Controller enables you to do this also.

Note: This section needs to be enabled by your web host. If you do not see this section in your Hosting Controller menu, then it has not been enabled. Please refer to your hosting administrator for more information.

To add a Serv-U FTP site:

1. Click on the Add Site link in the Serv-U Manager menu.

2. Click on the Add Site link.

3. Select the FTP site IP or enter an IP in Domain IP Address field.

4. Enter the FTP site port in Port field. The default port is 21.

5. Select the domain for which the FTP access is created from Domain Name drop-down list box.

6. Select the site owner from Site Owner drop-down list box.

7. Click the button.
