Adding a user

HostAdmin can create Reseller level user only and only Reseller. The Reseller then adds a new user called WebAdmin. Once a WebAdmin user has been added, the reseller can then create a new domain for that user, if required.

To add a reseller user account:

  1. Click on the Add User link in the User Manager menu.

  2. Fill in the user's personal information. The Login Name, Password, Retype password, and Email Address fields are mandatory.

  3. Click on the Disable Account tick box if you want disable the user's account. You can change this later - refer to Editing a user for more information.

  4. Choose the required hosting plan for the user from the Hosting Plan drop-down list.

  5. Click on the button.
