Chat Stats

"Chat Stats" is a sub tab of Live Chat. Selecting Chat Stats opens following screen:

Chat Stats shows you information regarding active chats as well as site hits by different customers. To have latest information regarding each record, select the Refresh button on top right corner of the page.
