View/Set/Remove Access Permissions for Particular File/Folder

To View/Set/Remove access permissions for a particular folder(s)/file(s) of a website:

• Click the Tools menu under the Toolbox section.

• Click the ACL Manager link.

• The folder(s)/file(s) details will be displayed.

• Select the required folder(s)/file(s) and click the View/Set/Remove Permissions.

• Following information on the permissions page will be displayed. Preform the access permission tasks as required:

1. Path: This is the path of the selected folder. It is pre-populated  for the ease of users.

2. Users: These are all the users on the server.

3. Permissions: These are all the possible permissions a user can set for the respective users.

4. Inheritance: This is the inheritance options that can be applied to the selected folder.
