To close an existing ticket:
Click the Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section
In the table listing select the ticket for which you want to close
Either click the Close Ticket button from the main page
Or click the Details button and you will be displayed the ticket details.
Among these details you can find the Close Ticket button
Click this button to close the selected ticket.
