To customize the email templates
Click My Server menu under the System section
Click the Customize Templates submenu under the Customizable Sign-up Templates sections
To edit any template select the radio button adjacent to the required template name.
Click the Edit Template Button.
On the Edit plan page edit the template as required and click the Save Settings button.
