Creating a new trouble ticket

To create a new trouble ticket:

• Click Trouble Ticket menu under the Help section.

• Click New Ticket submenu.

• Select the Category and Priority for the new ticket.

• Tick the Solution by Email also tick box if the response is also required through an email.

• Provide the Subject and Problem for the new ticket.

• Click the Create Ticket button.
