To add a new folder:
Click the Tools menu under the Toolbox submenu
Click the Folder Manager submenu
Under the Folders section locate the right path/location for the new file.
To add a new file click the Add New File button
A File Open Dialogue will open, locate the required file and click the Open button
The new file will be added
