2. Plan Comparison feature is
provided. You may compare own/sold/purchase plans
and take print out also.
3. Plan allocation failure report is improved. Added
a bit of intelligence to this, so if you try to sell
a plan and allocation fails due to resource shortage
then you will get a very concise Quota status report
with a purchase link. Behind that link, HC calculates
current statistics and recommends a solution itself.
So, with a single click, you can get rid of error,
and if not willing to take HC's suggested solution
then click on 'Let me Decide' link to decide yourself.
4. New version 1.4 style quota report available. Customers
since version 1.4 days will be happy to see it again!
This report tells in a glance about the purchase,
consumed, and left quota. See these reports under
new Report->Hosting Quota menu.
5. Credit limit is now like liquid cash. If you have
given $150 limit then only plans/add-on up to worth
$150 can be purchased by the holder.
6. Host may take back sold plan as long as plan is
not utilized.
7. If you wish to suspend a reseller, you may suspend
his account from User Manager->List Users. This
will disable all website and accounts under that reseller.
8. Reports are shown in logical manner, plans are
grouped by plan owners. Visual aid, like the one under
HostAdmin->User Manager->User Stats, is provided.
9. Billing and Plan Manager are tightly integrated.
Assigned different status to sold plans, like Paid,
Partially Paid, Unpaid, Suspended, etc. VERY improved
interface in terms of plan manager & billing.
10. Fixed plan switching issues. Please note that
plan switching will work best when billing is ON.
11. Fixed 30+ bugs in plan manager.
12. Comprehensive Reports, On-screen Summaries, Visual
Aids, Easy Navigation, Better Integration, and MANY
more features make plan manager very robust and easy
to use!
- IMail External
Database Support - IMail,
the most popular mail server, is now supported on
external database configuration also.
Find the new options under HostAdmin->Mail Settings->IMail.
- MailMax 5 Mail
Server Support - Hosting Controller now supports
MailMax 5.x version also.
Important Change
- Almost all the options
under Plan Manager menu have either renamed or moved
to more appropriate location. See above for the description
of what has changed. These changes will not confuse
the customer but will enhance the usability.
- A new 'Reports' option
is added to left menu and the 'Bandwidth' and 'Disk
Usage' menu option have moved under Reports.
- eNom and Names4Ever
setup is fixed. You may now configure either Names4Ever,
or eNom, or both a time. If for example, only Names4Ever
is enabled then your customer will see only Names4Ever
in their control panel.
- On much insistence,
we have provided back the option to select an IP of
your choice at the time of site creation.
- Host/Resellers are
now able to edit their customer profile from User
Manager->List Users->User Profile.
- Disk Quota service
logs are improved. Comprehensive system logs are in
'Admin/Logs' folder.
