Active Stats

"Active Stats" is a sub tab of Contacts and Views. It shows you detailed information regarding each activity. Selecting Active Stats opens following screen:

1. Activity by Contacts allows you to have a detailed view of all the activities performed by different contacts (customers).

2. Activity by Accounts allows you to have a detailed view of all the activities performed through different accounts (users’ e-mail addresses).

3. Activities Performed By Member shows you detailed view of all the activities performed by different members/users of the system.

4. Activities Performed By Customer shows you detailed view of all the activities performed by different customers.

5. Group/Product/Show All

Select Group to view active contacts/accounts of the system associated with different groups.

Select Products to view active contacts/accounts of the system associated with different products.

Select All shows you entire list of customers assigned to groups/products. You can also view the entire list of customers that are not assigned any group and product.

6. Date Filter

Date Filter allows you to view your activities according to certain time period. Select the dates from "From Date" and "To Date" fields. It shows date specific records according to the selected dates.

In order to specify time period without date filters the un check the checkbox placed with the Filter by Date field and select the time period from the list right below the date filters as shown in the following figure:
