Reports

The reports section provides you the details about all your resources being consumed including disk space, band width and hosting quota thus giving you a clear overview of your users and better understanding for your business.

HC7 comes with improved reports section each section comes with improved report layout and easy and readable reports designs.

This section consists of following sub section:

Hosting Quota

The hosting quota submenu is used to view the quota related to the hosting resources. It provides you with all the details about your hosting resources. How much are sold how many left etc.

Following are the tasks you can perform related to the Hosting Quota:

• Viewing your own personal hosting quota.

• Viewing plan wise hosting quota of a particular user.

• Viewing all your users in a table listing with plan details.

Disk usage:

The disk usage is a very useful feature that shows you a summary of how much disk space your clients are currently using. This shows the domains under each plan and summary of disk space used by individual folders following sum of total space allocated and used. The Disk Quota submenu is used to view the details about the disk space consumption.

Following are the tasks you can perform related to Disk Usage:

• Viewing your personal disk usage summary.

• Viewing general disk usage summary for all your users.

• Viewing detailed summary for a particular user.

• Sending disk usage email report to a particular user.

Bandwidth usage:

Different websites use different bandwidth sizes depending on the type of data or business a website has and the number of users visiting that website.

Following are the tasks you can perform related to Bandwidth Usage:

• Viewing personal band width usage summary

• Viewing graphical comparison of bandwidth usage for your users

• Sending band width usage email report for a particular user

• Viewing the detailed band width usage summary for a particular user

• Viewing the graphical representation for a particular user
