Offline Payments

Off-line payments are payments that are made to you in any form, other than credit card. When an off-line payment is made, the amount is charged to customer account and a payment is generated.

The offline payments menu enables you to select any required user or client, who made the payment and enter all pertinent details about the payment.

Following are the tasks you can perform related to the payments:

• Viewing details of offline payments.

• Registering offline payment for a particular user.
