To Disable/Delete blog for your website:
Click the Domains menu under the General section.
In the My Websites section, select the required website in the table listing and click the Properties button.
Under the Tools section click the Blog link.
In the table listing, under the Actions column:
Click Delete link to delete the blog from your website.
Click Disable link to disable the blog for your website.
