INTRODUCTION TO HC7 INTERFACE

HC7 has a very elegant easy to use interface. Which makes sure that you not only get a dashing looking panel with cool colors but also a user friendly layout as well.

Before you proceed for the rich experience of your hosting business we recommend that you must know following about HC7 interface:

• HC7 Sections and Sub-sections

• Home Page Quick Links

• Message Center

It provides you with the latest messages.

• Quick Summaries:

They includes some quick summaries. As soon as you sign in the panel, you can view each of them. All these summaries are automatically updated.

They are:

• Resource Summary

• System Information

• Plans

• Tickets

• Billing

• Other Information

For example following is summary of system information. Note the each summary listing can be expanded or contracted using the plus sign given with each node

• Your Current Page:

While you are working on the panel it guides you about your current location. This is very helpful especially for a new user to familiarize with the panel. Each page in HC7 follows a standard layout.

• All the Records are shown in table listing.

• All the respective sub menus of that sections are above the table listing.

• And above the menus you are told about your current page.

For Example:

Here you are in My Server section which is under System section.

Your current page in My Server is of Configure Domain Registrants, which is given as:

My Server :: Configure Domain Registrants

• Searching a Record:

All the records are displayed in a table listing format.

And above each record you are given the facility to search the respective record.

For Example:

Above the My Users table listing, you can search a user, for My Plans table listing you can search a plan and so on.
