IMPORTING A USER AS A WEBADMIN

• Click the Migration menu under the System section.

• Click the Import Users submenu.

• On the import user page.

• Select the server from the Server Name drop down menu.

To import a user as reseller:

Under the General Information, tick the Import As check box for the reseller option, and provide the following information:

User Information:

It is the information related to the user.

Reseller Type:

If you have selected the reseller option in the Import As section above, then you must select the appropriate type for the importing reseller, from the drop down menu.

Login Name:

Here the panel populates all the users of the user group created on the selected server. Select the required login name of the user from here.

Description:

Here enter any descriptive information related to the user being imported.

Hosting Plan:

Select the plan you want to sell to this user, from the drop down menu.

To import a user as a Webadmin:

Under the General Information, tick the Import as check box for the webadmin option, and provide the following information:

Owner Name:

A webadmin user is imported under a reseller. Select the reseller from the drop down menu under which you want to import the webadmin.

User Information:

It is the information related to the user.

Reseller Type:

If you have selected the reseller option in the Import As section above, then you must select the appropriate type for the importing reseller, from the drop down menu.

Login Name:

Here the panel populates all the users of the user group created on the selected server. Select the required login name of the user from here.

Description:

Here enter any descriptive information related to the user being imported.

Hosting Plan:

Select the plan you want to sell to this user, from the drop down menu.

• Click the Next button.

• Provide the Profile Information, Billing Profile, Financial Details and Billing Configurations of the user on next pages. This information is same as provided during Add User.
