CHANGING CURRENT BALANCE OF A RESELLER:
The Change Balance option is used to adjust closing balance. When you change balance, the amount is adjusted against current balance.
For example:
Consider current balance of user is $50 Debit and you are changing balance to $100 Credit. The billing system will generate a payment invoice An invoice is a bill to the customer from the seller (one who provides product or services).In Hosting Controller, hostadmin provides it services to the resellers. And a re-seller provides services to the respective webadministrators. So a hostadmin issues invoices to the re-seller and, re-seller issues invoices to the webadministrators. of amount $150 and will close the running balance at $100 Credit.
To change the current balance of a reseller:
Click the Billing System menu under the Hosting Manager section
Click the Customer Reports submenu under the Billing section
In the table listing select the login name of the required user and click the Transaction Statement button.
Under Change Balance section, update the information as required.
New Balance:
This is the new balance you want to set for the selected user. You can select the balance type from the drop down menu as Credit or Debit.
If you select Credit option, the amount will be updated in the credit amount. Similarly with the Debit option, it will be updated in the Debit amount.

Change Balance:
Press this button to update the balance change you have made above.
