HC7:Release Notes for Windows

Hosting Controller releases Windows build12/Linux build 8
for HC7 which offers support for Microsoft Exchange
2007 and API for HC7.
These builds provide fixes for many issues which were
reported in past few weeks. It is highly recommended
to update HC7 installation on your machines. Visit Service
Pack section to download latest builds.
Here is a list of some important
bugs/enhancements fixed in these Builds.
Note: Microsoft .Net Framework
2.0 must be installed on your HC server(s) prior to
installation of these builds.
BuildNo 7.00.0012: (Windows)
Enhancements:
- Exchange
server 2007 support.
- HC7 API is integrated with this build.
- Auto-Sell Quota feature is provided.
- Advanced Log viewer is provided.
- Database
name prefix feature is provided.

RBX Backup/Restore processes are improved.
Bugs:
- Fixed a bug related to
application pool of virtual directory.
- Fixed a bug related to
.NET mappings.
- Fixed a bug where all mail
domains created on the server were listed for every
reseller.
- Fixed a bug where HC was setting permissions to
both scripts and executables in IIS.
- Fixed a bug related to
Mail box quota.
- Fixed an error “Unable to fetch
record from database” for customized template option.
- Fixed an error "Consecutives
are not allowed” on domain creation if ‘WWW’ was the
part of domains name.
- Fixed a bug related to name based option for domain creation.
- Fixed a bug where server regional settings were effecting disk
and bandwidth quota report.
- Fixed a bug related to Windows RBX Where IMail user passwords were
not correctly restored.
